I really don't think any sites are really going to worry about getting caught if they were cheating because AP could not have been more exposed even if they were paying for it to be advertised, so seeing how their situation played out and how here we are a long time later and they are still going strong, prooving people will still play at your site if you get caught cheating.That being said I don't really believe that the actual site owners would risk cheating but employees, hell yes they would and its a risk we got to live with if we want to play online

he was definately part of the company fabric - used as a consultant

and at one point he apparently part owned UltimateBet

that really isnt just being a player IMHO
