bad beats seem to come in bunches, at least for me.

played great in a $10 turbo last night on bodog.

got 99 in the SB, folded it to a raise and a reraise.

got 77 on the button, called off my stack against an overaggressive allin.

first hand, second raiser who went allin had JJ.

second hand, put the opponent on a weaker hand than 77 ... either A/?, KQ, KJ or a lower pair.

he had 66. there was 7755 in the pot after i called and the flop came 552. so i'm holding 77 on a 552 board.

just a good read by me. he turned a 6. but i was happy with the way i played the hand, not that there was much play to it. less than 10 BBs in a turbo ... i'd have laid it down against a tighter player, though.
