All Merge sites Killing me ...lately ,,but 365

I joined a new Merge site 365 Bonitas. Made a minimum $20 deposit to play the 14 days of $500 FR,s. I did the same at Aced and Feltstars where i finished 2nd for $100 and 3rd for $50 plus a couple top 20 for $5 each at both sites. But this new site must have been pre-warned about me. My 1st game about 8 hands in I get pocket KK,s and run into a Blinds pocket Aces.2nd game I should have cashed as I grinded up to 7k and 4th with only 46 left.So i get pocket Aces and raise 500 Chips.A player with pocket 2,s calls me with 2.5K and draws 4 hearts on the Board and flushs with his 2 of hearts.Okay still good with 4.5k to cash but played K-Q and hit top pair Kings and 2 clubs on the board.I was bet ALL In by another Low Stack who had 4 clubs.Turn was okay but the river was a club and now I,m low from 4th place to 32nd.Lastly another bad beat and I,m out where i should have cashed.Another game i had 6k and could easily have backed into the top[ 20 but this SB kept raising my Blinds and it was Pissing me off.I told him I wasn,t going to take much more of his Pushing.He raised again 4k and i had ace-9 so I pushed back ALL IN.He had Ace-10 and we both flopped the ace but he also flopped 2 10,s for the Boat.Another game if i just folded would have made top 20.
The beats just kept coming. I have played 5 now and today I lasted 3 hands.I had Ace-5 Hearts and hit the Nut flush on the Turn.But 2 tens flopped.STill I couldn,t lay it down. I was nicely Slow played by Quad 10,s flopped only 3 hands into the game.I have been taking horrific beats on all my Merge games in the last week though... really Sick beats.

i had 6k and could easily have backed into the top20 but this SB kept raising my Blinds and it was Pissing me off.I told him I wasn,t going to take much more of his Pushing.He raised again 4k and i had ace-9 so I pushed back ALL IN.He had Ace-10

I see this is a comun problem with you Rg, you need to improve this because is hurting your game a lot.

1. you are too emotional with this to the point to tilt you and is not personal.
2. you are shoting back with bad hands.
3. that you say enough in chat is a error this is a great way to set you a trap.
4. if some is picking your blinds don´t get personal to try to get them back from him.
5. you always can bring your chips back from other player.

You are a really tigh player wich it helps to steal from you, but not all the time players will have air. You show this problem when i raise your blinds in fulltilt and you let bother you to the point to get tilt and out of the game, show this also in bodog when raise you with A-Q and you shot back with K-Q, you was lucky but again could be out because you get emotional, now again you shot back with A-9 and cost you another game.

I also get blinds stolen a lot because i´m too tigh and people know that, but also most know that when i shot back is because have a premium hand and need to get out of the way. But i do not get on tilt, i wait for the right time, why i would get mad if they are doing his job?, so if don´t get the hand to shot back then try the same and steal from some one else, but do not try to get your chips back with any crap just because get mad that people steal from you, i understand if you are shorstack and feel some one is stealing you and go for it to try to get back, but when you are good stacked put your game in the line with bad cards is not good, wait for your spot and let it go.

I think you are a good player but this is a big leak you have, and tell you this in the good way because want that you improve your game.

About the other hands, unlucky (probably i would not play A-4 in early position and not even calling a raise if decide to play it), but aside of that don´t forget that this are freerolls, can´t expect same play from them like buyin games or private games.

You MUST leave emotion at the door. It has no place at the table. Telling the guy you won't take his raising anymore is the absolute worst thing you could of done (if you meant it seriously). If you did it to egg him into continuing to push the action so he will def call your all in when you "make your stand". And you turn over cowboys or what not. To a strong player EVERYTHING you do means something... they are paying attention. You cannot assume a player is weak because they are raising a lot. If the table play constitutes raises that will steal blinds esp. if he is the big stack and picking on the the middle to low stacks near the bubble he/she is playing excellent poker. You gotta open your mind. There are MORE ways to be successful. If we all sat around til we had big hands it wouldn't be about skill, it'd be about luck. Just my 2 pence.

I think a player has to protect there Blinds at times even when it may not be wise to do so just to show that they will call and not always be bullied.So what if i lose one tournament by protecting my BB.I won,t be BULLIED by a raise everytime on my BB.Its a good trade-off when you play the same players all the time. I will continue to protect my BB in the future.You may just be betting into a Monster. lol
That player I mentioned was playing like a maniac in my SB.I was just trying to get inside his head.Saying I was gonna have a hand soon and call him out and catch him Pushing with a mediocre hand.
I watched Poker after dark and Phil Laak Min raised Negranu from the SB with ace-10.Daniel called with 9-J.Laak missed the Flop but Negreanu hit a jack.And Negreanu said to Laak why raise from the SB.?? Because youring out of position now 1st to act and you don,t have any idea what I have?? I thought that made sense.
Anyways got my game back on track to-night and finisheded 3rd for $50 in the 365 Bonivista,s depositors FR,s. Took bad beat to get knocked out for 3rd too. ABout time as the Merge sites have been giving me some bad Beats lately .. lol

We suposedly are here to try to improve our game, i never atack you or say you are a bad player.

You are the one who mention that you get beat in merge and get piss off because some one keep stealing your blind and tilt you, i mention that you did the same with me 2 times, so it was 3 games not 1, i say you are too emotional because after get in tilt you mention don´t care any more for that game, at that hurt your game.

Never say can outplay you, don´t even care for that, i play my game and don´t care who is there, again you think is personal.

I should not care about you improving your game, so i think was my mistake to try to help you.

You can do what you want, if you don´t care why i should be.

Your right Logan and Lombard it is a LEAK i may have occasionly depending on the players and situation. It doesn,t happen that often though unless my mood is OFF depending if I have had a few Pops or had another bad beat at another game.I know its not personal Logan as I like you as a player and person to play with.I do appreciate your criticism and I shouldn,t get defensive by your replies. Some players can just Push my Buttons by continually raising.I,m normally a very controlled Poker player and will ignore this most of the time.I just don,t want to get pegged (pidgeon holed) as so Tight you can steal my Blinds at any time.If i make a stand in one tournament maybe next tournament you will think a little more before raising my blinds.It my be worth it.
Oh by the way I was trying to get inside that SB players head that I was just waiting for a chance to Protect my Blind.It was a strategic ploy on my part to hopefully to get him from raising my BB every hand.He can,t have a hand every time and i though my Ace-9 was good.
I,m going to make a post about BB,s and how your reputation figures into the game.

RG do you play professionally? Why join all these half ass sites you do? bonus whoring. nothing against it. I would rather put a couple hundred on stars or tilt and run it up. merge sucks and will only ever play at aced. seeing as they have over 100 skins, I dont trust alot of them, obviously only certain ones will make it and the others will be gone and never pay out. good luck

I must say I love the comment "I must protect my blinds". Guess what.. they're not your's. Once the money's out there... it's out there. Why play for money from crap position with marginal holdings when you can save your chips & get them in in way better spots.
making things personal on the table in tournament poker is -EV in a big way.
