Well, you know I'm not a hold 'em player but I'd say push.
Pocket 3's or 7's couldn't put him on pocket Q's with no reraise preflop.
(I'm willing to bet cash moolah I get this one wrong too)

reraise.....better if you showed blind levels / chipstacks.

But so long as u have not give him odds ie

u raised 360 with 5000 chips back offering odds for players to hit a set. If ur preflop raise is of a good size in relation to stacks then if he hits a bigger hand on flop so be it u will have to pay him off.

also if he has set y raise especially minimum raise as the flop has no str8 or flush. that would lead me to think he has aq / kq

The blinds were 60/120 and so far you've all said very much what I was thinking. Pocket Qs were my bigest worry.

    Hi Al.

Tough question with out any info.

In early position probably will bet more pre, 4 or 5 bb not just 3bb (this could tell more if some one call) but do not know your stack or the other players so not sure how are you versus others stacks, how many chips will have left if raise more or the caller, if he call because have too many chips or is because have a hand.

is this a 1 table 10 players game or is a MTT, private or open, freebie or what buyin, how many players left, close to the money or not.

With out any read on player or other info i will say raise, if just call still not know where you are stand, if you reraise and he come over the top will fold, will think that he have 33, 77, or QQ, if is a freebie or $1-$2 buyin also could have A-Q, K-Q, even Q-7s, but he also could have 99, TT, JJ.

For the topic name and topic section will say that he have QQ, maybe TT or JJ, you call the raise and a T or J come in turn, or have A-Q and turn bring the A.

i will say raise, but again with out know stack is hard.

you raise 360 at the start then 360 bet so already 720 invest, if you have 1500 stack you already have half stack there canīt think in reraise, need to push or fold, can think in just call also because then will have only 500 left then is better push already or fold.

so with out the info i canīt say more.

Only played 7 hands with this player at table at this point and he had only shown once with two pair Qs & 2s he hit his second pair with a Q on the river . Mucked once and folded the rest. So not a lot to go on.

Thanks Al, this help, will not say buyin but i know what game is this.

With your stack and others and in early position i do think should raise a lot more pre, with Villain stack and with that bet Villain could have pretty much anything, mention Q2s played before but not know if he pay to play the hand or was in BB.

His raise in flop could be a hand or just seeing if you hit something or not, if you reraise in flop and he call still do not know if you are ahead or not, he could call with A-Q, K-Q (still thinking Q-7s, TT JJ with QQ maybe he reraise pre), but with his stack probably i will try to keep the pot low and just call in this spot.

If you bet more pre and still he call then will have a better idea where you are.

    Good hand to post.

    What Happened ?

I shoved allin and he called and showed AA turn and river nothing so I'm out.

The reason I posted was to see if anyone would suggest AA. Sometimes it just doesn't matter how you play a hand you just can't get away from it and you lose.

I probally should have just called as Logan suggested in his last post though I suspect at some point he would have raised me all in. Would I then have folded ? possibly.
I think going forward I need to slow down against larger stacks unless I have the nuts.
