i am coming to the conclusion rather quickly that some or even most of the tournamets on pokerstars are fixed or rigged ever so slightly.way to often my self and a lot of people i know have the winning hand up till river card and the lo and behold river card kicks our ass.seems to be happening way too often for it to be just luck or coincidence....anyone else feel this way??????????????

It's a while since we've had a PS is fixed post and a first post as well.

If you truely believe poker sites are fixed stop playing and invest your money else where.

It is very simple it's called selective memory. You always remember the times the river card beats you but never when you win with it. If you track your hands over time it will balance out.

Are the people winning on the river the final winners in the tournament. You never know because if they beat you you won't watch to the end. I'd like to bet they generally are not as they chase too many times and although they win a few eventually the odds catch up with them.

You will find we welcome people here to discuss poker and help each other to learn but generally we don't hold with any poker sites are fixed theory.

was probably just me moaning and being a weeeeeeeee bitty paranoid lol but it is happening on a lot of occasions,yeah i know luck plays a major part of it and i do watch it till the end at times and they usually get knocked out soon after .thats wot bugs me the most coz i know im a decent enuff player but never get a break lol

If its rigged than all of them are rigged and only during the league games, otherwise how would a talent like this keep going out so early. AND here it just aint the river card that is rigged its every time I bet on a hand, someone has a better hand. My pockets are rigged, my flops are rigged and I even think my bets are rigged. Otherwise my leagues points would be better and those are rigged too. YALL THINK IM JOKING (Well I am LOL)

oh, re your comment, bigbubba...maybe it's not a particular site but you that have fallen into a pattern of betting/playing...it might seem, after a while, that it is external factors/sites/others who are making you lose, but have you tried mixing it up a bit?

Poker Stars being one of the biggest sites having the most hands played naturally is going to see a number of bad beats in proportion hopefully. Plus all the players there tend to river chase more than other sites.Having said that that I just cold decked there on the flop. 4-4-J flopped and I had Pocket Jacks in Omaha for the NUT Boat so i thought. But the other player had pocket 4,s and flopped Quads. That was the 3rd hand into the game. I,m not a fan of Poker Stars after seeing so many Big hands like that run into each other.I never ever feel comfortable with my hand at Stars unless I flopped the Quads like in case above.Sweat til the last card hits everytime.
