Lost twice tonight, in a row, playing $5 sitngo's. Both times on the bubble, got trips (I didn't have pp, pair on the board) and lost to FH. I'm back to thinking its rigged
p.s. KMo, thought you didn't read anything in this section.

In sng play there'll be times when you'll lose 10 in-a-row... or more. Even the very best SNG players who are making excellent decisions will lose more than 10 in-a-row with some frequency. It's the nature of the game. (my worst stretch was 21 games w/o cashing, and trust me, the money went in good at least 90% of the time).
I feel fortunate that I've never considered it being 'rigged' when this happens.

Hey madjek, the queen only says that when she is trying to be the sites security officer and telling peeps where they should post things , so she supposedly doesn't read them, lol

I write in jest PO, just makes me feel better. Guess we all deal with failure differently. To succeed at poker, imho, you have to blame something, whether its just variance, or blaming the site or whatever, as long as you still know you playing right, without confidence, you'll never succeed. Glad to hear I'm not the only one that goes through these stretches, especially from someone I consider an extremely good player.
I have noticed the same thing when I was playing the Omaha8 and Horse S&g,s at Stars.I remember Cashing in 10 of 12 games. Then going on a horrible run where I couldn,t finish better than 8th for a stretch it seemed.Usually it involved Maniacs on the bad runs who seemed to suck out on all the rivers.I should have made notes on those players because they will knock the Variance out of you. lol

It's tough getting coolered but it's just part of the game. Really tough when it happens frequently but it'll pass.
Why should a player 'blame themself' if they've been making great decisions and playing excellently? (but losing a bunch in succession). You've lost me here....
Also, perhaps you two should keep the personal squabbles off the forum? Can't see how it really benefits anyone or anything? (not to say that all posts need to be beneficial or anything.. just sayin')
