I really do wonder why I play poker some days, this pair were both window lickers, BB was a calling station that just called everything. He was playing something like 60% of hands the other was a loose aggressive. In fairness to UTG I think the BB made the pot big enough that he had to play, but honestly, I sat there staring at the screen afterwards sick that it had happened yet again.

i don´t remember players calling with Q4o after a raise and reraise versus a big stack and other avg stack in the $5's ( i wish be more like that).

But even if the Q4 guy wasn´t there, the 66 guy probably still will call there with his overpair in flop (wich is what you want).

Result is UL, hang on man.
