Can´t have the luxury to be on tilt because will mean blow out rest of the games playing at the time. So, is just move on to the next one with cold head and review it later, if then find i screw it well need to fix it, if not already pass so.

It's not that the worst hand usually wins. Volume would be exactly the WRONG solution there. Rather, it's that bad players are the only ones who give themselves the opportunity to draw out.
