Default UNREAL GOOD BEAT! like I've never seen before EVER!!

This is an unreal 'GOOD BEAT'... like I've NEVER EVER seen before.. EVER!!!!
Ok, some history on the situation.
We're on the bubble..... all 4 remaining players are decent, although the SS has been making some kinda odd calls in spots where they should've really been folding/shoving (their stack wasn't deep enough to be calling pre.. esp. to a utg raise as was happening a bit).
villain in this hand has played over 6,000 sng's & play the $20-$55 range of buyins (we've played them before a few times).
SS in UTG opens... SB calls... we have 99 in BB. 'Normally' we'd assume that UTG SS is pot committed & likely their range is limited to only monster pr's (cuz they should be shoving the rest of their opening range here in this spot)... but then SB flats... & well.. with a ton of chips it made calling w 99 easier for hero (I'm narrating for the 'hero'). Now.. SB's range... a bit harder to decipher. THey've been actually open-shoving ~20-ish+ bb's since we've been on the BUBBLE.. &/or open-raising 3.5x(POT).. even 4x... they've never flatted anyone's raise pre... 'ever' (fold or shove only). Here they flat?? Typically this reeks of AA/KK..looking to trap!!!! Anyways.. we make the call w 99, thinking "hmm.. they might have 66-88, AQ".. & "well we have Tons of chips, lol"
Lo & behold... we flop TopSet!!!!! BINGO!!
SB leads out small (2x... or '400').... what do we do?
    a) we could 'flat' to induce UTG to shove with their likely overpr. TT+...
    b) we could raise small & maybe get action from both of them...
    c) we could shove to actually look a bit weaker & taking advantage of the circumstances of the bubble situation.
HERO SHOVES!! (& gets exactly what they wanted)
    Utg folds...
SB.. times down... then calls with AA. YES!!!!
HERO is 90% favourite to win... then.. "OH NO!!!!" villain hits their 2-outer!!!! YIKES!!
But hang on.. it's not over yet.... HERO hits the 1-outer on the river for QUADS ftw!!! (& goes on to take it down for 1st!).
What a totally crazy hand!! suckout by 2-outer... but then re-sucked by a 1-outer!! (first time I've ever seen this!!)

Tried to post some pics. with this but it wasn't working for me (trying again now)

Sigh.. how frustrating.. None of the methods I tried would work???

Anyways... HERO is 90% fav. on flop.. with set vs AA.. then when Villain hits the 2-outer on the turn they're a 97.7% fav. to win... & then HERO hits the 1-outer for QUADS on the river! Was awesome!!

Watch out Norman Chad, Pokerorifice might be coming for ur job , its always good to win a big hand like that and to be the 1 who finally hits a 1 outer against ur opponent instead of the other way around has to feel great.

Not sure if you read the post?
It wasn't 'pocket 9's beating pocket A's' per se... it was pkt 9's getting villain to committ their stack ON THE BUBBLE when they're a 10to1 dog.
THEN... even though villain gets their stack in as a HUGE DOG... by hitting a 2-outer on the turn..... the 99 becomes a GOOD BEAT (imo... a damn nice good beatdown).. when it hits the 1-outer on the river for the win.

Just seemed like there was alot more to it than 99 > AA here.... yah if it's all goin' in preflop... but it didnt'.
