The limited hands I had with him he called anything. I deliberately played to hook him in if I hit the flop. That is why I only min raised to try and keep him on the hook. So I got what I wanted just curse my run of luck that the good old runner runner crushed my balls yet again.

I know long run it will be better just a misery while it happens.

I know its really hard to dig deep - I struggle with it and I think all players over a certain time will too

only suggestion I have is not to dwell on the BB (post them to clear them if you like) but focus on

a) the times that you end up rivering or bettering another player and are dealing the BB

b) the times plays like yours work out perfectly to plan

at this point its really crucial to indulge yourself with alot of self congratulation when you get things right, predict the players, make the right calls, the right bets and hand by hand play well

this is IMHO the best way to get out of a down swing and not deeper into one

down swings will happen but getting demoralised will create a much deeper problem

good luck and make sure you pat yourself on the back when you get it right and make sure its water off a ducks back when fate kicks you in the nads

That's good stuff there SB! That's the thing if you try and study and make the right play at the right times every time at the end of the day you can dig yourself out of any hole but dont expect to get out and not have any dirt on you!

Come on now NB dont get me wrong Id love to take all your chips today while your down but the 2 things totally lacking here is

You know youre a real good player and you bring these crazy suckout hands you know you didnt do anything wrong. 2 straights flopped and then a heart dump galore. and you know you would tell me or anyone else, YOu gotta expect those things (or if it was just me youd tell me MAN YOU played that hand awful LOL)

You aint bringing us the hands that youre just zinging people with so bad that they are probably posting in other forums, how did this dude trap me so bad, Ive been a victim of you many times. I know how well you play, and I know this hand and the others your posting are the expection not the rule.
