the reason poker online is seems like that is simple. The amount of hands that are played online is massive compared to live. People always complain about internet poker being unrealistic or 'rigged' but the same thing could happen in live poker but you dont see it as often in live poker is because it is a lot slower.

I have seen some really sick stuff playin poker, but the sickest was in live poker, one player with quads kings and one player with quads aces lost to royal flush.

It is not econmically senisble for online poker to be rigged, if it was then the word would spread like wild fire and they would lose players and in turn lose money!!

perhaps, pkrplayer, it's the players who are unrealistic in their expectations...?

i go through my phases of thinkin its suspect but you do see fair share ratio wise in live games on the whole

Having said that i do not think comments like its not in the sites best interest is a relevant comment.....it is correct but that does not mean it is in there EMPLOYEES interest and no doubt if they can get hold of any info that gives them any advantage they will.

if pokerstars was one person then no he defo wouldnt fiddle it.

You couldn't have possibly seen quad kings or quad aces beaten by a royal flush A royal needs both an Ace and a King. Straight flush may be not a royal

Absolutely correct, unless they were playing poker with a set of canasta cards ( two decks ). Personaly, I've seen as many bad beats on televised 'live' events as I have online.

This one is dead on, I like to run my mouth sometimes that online must be rigged but the more times I go to the poker room, the beats are on the same level, I dont even know if you can call them bad beats or just beats. But they look just as bad on the felt as they do on the monitor. Its the reason the card rooms had bad beat jackpots and all that too, they are bound to happen just not as quick.

ALL I KNOW is Ive come to conclusion, I need to take some time and really start studying because I came across some players live today that were winning big by making hands with the minimum, you can only say its the cards so many times before the real truth starts setting in that - THE PROBLEM IS THE TUMBLEWEED

Im going through a major reflection after the ass whoopin I took at the card room today

To those who say that quad K & A losing to royal can't happen i think it can, like this, player A has pair Aces, player B has pair Kings and player C has 10 & J spades, the 5 community cards are as follows, 2kings and 2 aces and a queen, so if the 10 and j were spades along with the q and 1 of the community kings and ace were spades also then the scenario would in fact exist
