AA vs KK , or else ?

many pf players in online poker think KK is more lucky than AA in preflop all in, I know at lest 80% in same game if someone had AA then other KK , seconds wins at lest 4/5 times

so my 1 of most situations

had AA on BB .. think good, now can win some chips

and yes , see 1 raise 4x , 2-nd goe's all in , i call all in , and 3rd call too
so the situations is
My - AA
opp1 - KK
opp2 - J9h (lol )

so
comes flop , KK5 ... , damm after this I uninstal the pokerroom (don't say whitch, but i can say this kind stupid looses there is not 1time for me ) and i think no need to write more to know who win this so , as I sad, preflop all in is BINGO

AA vs KK had to win AA most time you played for one lucky moment of your opponent you cannot unistall your poker room if this were nobody had a pokeroom installed

sorry been getting other parts of the site and the poker blog more up to date

if I've got your original post right your saying that when your holding AA against KK you lose 80% of the time - which you quite rightly point out is kind of wrong given the accepted odds of poker

our other site badbeatornot.com is a poker odds calculator useful after the game to check hand odds

anyway your AA should be an 80% favourite - so what went wrong ??

I'm guessing that it's simply down to not enough hands to get to the statistically expected result

if so far you've been sucked out by KK while holding Aces

say thats 8 times out of 10 (80% of a 20% probability) then you will need to have played 50 hands with exactly the same situation for probability to level this out

then you should in theory have won with AA over KK 32 times v KK winning 8 times

if you havent had an AA KK matchup 40 times then you 8 loses to KK could still be within statistically probability

Sounds long winded but its like the guy who won 9 times on the bounce playing the same number on roulette - on the face of it statistically impossible - but actually not

there is no reason that he couldnt keep hitting it - the only statistical certainty is that over an infinate / near infinate period of spins - his luck would fall away and probability would win out

same with cards - it's tough when you get bad beats but if measured over a few 100 even a few 1000 hands the statistics dont have to bear out - they have much longer time frame

That's why poker is a long game - a very long game

With AA you should always always try to get all your money in against one player preflop

in fairness I would take the same view with KK also

Very nice flop, but its luck.

AA usualy beats KK five out of six times.

In the long run you win.

Try limit poker: bad beats are less painfull and in the long run if you play well you win.(in limit you would have seen the KK5 flop which tells you to lay low and only call)

limit holdem is not or me, because poker is at least 50% of bluff , so in limit tables u can' play your game
