Ok so i have 78 of diamonds, board comes out 9 10 J, two of them are diamonds. Then the 10 of diamonds comes out. I get all in. River comes Ace of diamonds. so i lose to a royal. ugh

i had that happen in reverse one night about 2 years ago on full tilt. i held a4s in a .50 1.00 cash game raised preflopand got called by three others. the flop came 9 j k all spades. i tryed value betting my ace high flush by pushing out 10.00, called immidiatly by one and raised by another. I smoth called, not wanting to push the fish away, and the turn came qs, i made it 40, one folded the other called. river was a 10s. i had a hard time controlling myself. i pushed out 20 trying to extract as much as possible. he went all in for 90 over the top. i thought he was bluffing the ace. needless to say i called, and he turned over 89s for a straight flush. the chat window filled with @$#@$^@^@ charichters, and he left. after reviewing the betting, I can't blame him. there was only one card in the deck that could beat him, just so happens it was in my hand.
