bad beats or not ? & con site ?

Given that Ladbrokes is one of the biggest bookmakers in the UK and has an excellent reputation -
I dont think that a site like Ladbrokes could even be considered a "con site" - they simply have far too bigger business to want to con anyone
if you mean that you get bad beats - you will get bad beats at any site / any home game / any clive tournament / any live cash game
bad beats are a part of poker -
they happen because bad players get lucky - luck happens in poker
good players minimise bad beats by minimising the luck factor in poker -
by making sure players dont get to see cheap cards and get lucky by the river
by making it too expensive for a drawing player / chancer to be paying the right price to call on their draw - they will ultimately be losing players
the important thing to note is that bad players may well still get lucky - but in the long run making the right plays consistently will make you more money
90% of what players call bad beats - either arent bad beats or they are bad beats they could have avoided by making it far more costly for players to try and play and hand a get lucky
