Bodog Experience...Bad

I'm going to be short and sweet here...Been a Bodog customer since 1998. Please look at hand 993067810 (I'm Scott...look at false autofold then 1 second fold after raise). I can't get any rectification from these guys. They ADMIT a technical issue...but they just don't care (simply put). The only other post I had on your site here was a payout that took months to get from them...I finally got it but it was a hassle. I think it's better if I find an alternative to BoDog (any recommendations?) or just fly to Vegas.. Stay away from bodog...talking with their management (with my credentials 10 year customer..which they said doesn't matter) is like an Angel talking to the Devil.....yes it is that bad

The same thing happened to me...partial DC, my hands were auto-folding, but I could chat w/ the other players. Took 2nd in the tourny, If I had not been the chip leader during this I would've busted out. Hands folded were AA KK QQ AQ AJ...etc. Bodog offered nothing back.

had a bad time at bodog for the last few weaks. they seam to take the ou withdraw any cash. they have some kind of control. ............joker131

Just tried the Carbon Poker and Poker Stars this past weekend. I really liked the Carbon Poker software..software is a lot like Bodog..user friendly..I did not like Poker Stars at all. I'm officially done with Bodog...I'm still shocked on how they handled my situation. The hand in question was definitely an issue...I was playing and made a bet on my hand......on the hand history it shows this bet then Autofold FALSE (2x's) then the other guy raised..then 1 second later it said I folded (not an autofold though). The strange thing is all I did is click bet (which it did) and then all of the above happened. I could not get an explanation for 6 days..finally last night they told me nothing was wrong..this is after I have 3 taped confessions from Bodog customer service that there was an issue. I guess they just got sick of me after 8 years..really baffles me. They pay extremely slow anyhow (months)and their customer service supervisors are really bad news..like I said it was like talking with the devil.

Bodog has the ugliest software I've ever seen. I am not joking, the layout is so stupid. It just looks like one of the first games ever made on a computer, like something done in Visual BASIC.

Interesting, I play on bodog and I seem to like it so far. It is active enough that it takes like 2-3 mins max to start a tourny and when I requested a payout they said the average was about 15 business days. It took only about 4 business days. Not 2 bad!

Bodog will river you everytime. either that or you river someone else. I love bodog. hahaha.

Do you work for Bodog Richie? Just kidding..I'm glad you received your money quickly from Bodog. I can tell you that is not the case for the majority. Just Google "Bodog slow pay" and see. Anyhow, like I said before, I've been with them for like 10 years.....trust me something something is wrong over there...I was screwed by a hand/technical issue with their system..I have taped conversations that they admit it, however, they are saying now (a few days ago..over a week after the fact!) since I would have lost the hand that they are not refunding and $$...they were VERY rude (Supervisors were, not Customer service). Telling me I lost is BS..the other player Mucked..I never saw or have the capability of seeing his hands ever..so them knowing his hand and telling me that is not good business..I still don't believe them...

i cant say that i have had an issues with bodg really. other than the loose play which may be worse on bodg than some other sites but what can you do. most people on bodog are sports bettors. they havent a clue about poker.
