Default badbeats in FR's

I think u sometimes get more BB in FR's because A. u get more inexperienced players playin B. some freerollers just try to double up with anything...........if they catch gr8 if not no bbig deal its a FR.....I tried this approach it doesnt work for me..........I ended up playin hands later in tournaments that mattered that I normally wouldnt play..........so now whenever I play I try to stay disciplined, pay attention to my position and starting hnds who is doing what ie playing loose, tight etc.....this approach seems to be workin for me....I figure if I can play disciplined poker in the Freerolls it will become automatic in the money games also...........any thoughts should I change my approach???

I play freerolls just like I play buy ins. Play tight, and play your table. Build a tight image so you can steal those high blinds when you're short stacked

The further you get in freerolls, the less idiots you encounter.

they happen because they are free so people are less tight playing & there are players who can't play & can catch a bit of luck.

Bad beats keeps the freerolls attractive to view. I just sit there playing tight and watching all those amasing suckouts. Some days ago i saw a man posted a video on youtube full of suckouts, its just amasing.

I think the best thing is try to enjoy yourself while u are playing a freeroll, and then if u manage to survive to first two hours, then concentrate and try to do your best.

I do my best all throughout a freeroll. They are fun and good experience. It is good to have experience at different stakes, that way you are prepared for any type of player you should encounter in the future.
