Jack 10 my favourite hand

J10 is my favorite hand but i unfortunatly suffer so much from it.

I too like some of these drawing hands - although the only way to play them profitably on a regular basis is to be able to see flops with them cheaply

and be really aware of when the flop has helped you and when it hasn't

or more importantly getting used to seeing when it looks like it might have helped you but knowing that its a dangerous flop

these sorts of hands 10 J / JQ are potentially great hands but you need to be careful ;-)

that said if you dont play these sorts of hands + 78suited type hands + middle pairs (obviously in the right situations) then your not going to make a profit or progress in a tournament if you only play AA KK QQ

but thats poker and playing more marginal hands correctly is all part of it ;-)

you have more chanses to win with a jack and ten then with a kQ or something else.i can say that when i have q KQ when the flop is turned i have nothinq .and that it's very annoing.

I love jack ten suited as well, and just like you I go broke overplaying it sometimes, but what can you do? You gotta go with your gut sometimes, I also love a 7 4 suited, go figure, but thats one of my best hands, lol
