in the last couple of days i've been dealt some very nice cards. you know, the usual QQ,JJ....
the flop comes ten high, rainbow, with other crap cards that no serious player would even consider seeing the flop with even for free... such as 46, 73, 48 and so on....
the problem i think is that the dealer just hates me....
to see what i mean doesnt take much.
for example: im in the small blind with the ladies. one limper and a check by the big blind.
(in this situation i am dangerously gambling that there wont be an ace or a king on the board) so i get to see this ugly flop, such as one that even the cards say "eek" to each other when they meet on the table.
check by the utg, and here i come with my queens, assuming that the percentage of hitting two pair by the BB is very low, so i hope he folds right there...
but the utg is suddenly all - in, and i call immediately saiyng to my self: "got you sucker"..
he easily flips over his KK or AA and..... well you know the rest.
the funny thing is (as i think of it backwards) that in any case, raise/call raise/reraise after seeing such a flop there just isnt a way for me to get away from that!!!
i mean if someone did flop two pair on the flop and is all in - its fine. i know excactly how and why i lost cause i was ready in the first place to gamble agains the flop.
but how excactly am i surpose to fold QQ after an unconnected to the world flop?!
no mates, its not a bad luck or bad play...
the dealer just hates me lately....![]()
