AA against AT
I was in late position before the flop with AA and 4 limpers before me. I raised about the size of the pot and only one called. The flop came down A T 4 all different suits. My opponent bet big, I raised and he moved all-in. I called without hesitating. He showed AT suited and I showed my bullets. I was pumped that I was about to win a $60 pot until the turn and the river both brought two tens and his quad tens beat my Aces full of Tens.

Nothing you can do there. He probably thought his two pair was best at that point. Neither one of you were getting away from that hand!!. Just hope you had more chips then he.
I had a scenario the other nite. I raise big from EP with KK the small blind all ins. I have him way covered and its only costing me another couple hundred. Then another dude all ins (the chip leader). I forgot about him and was intent on knocking the sb out. Both turn over AA. Im looking like a person who stepped in doggy doo... I know they cant improve.. I hit my set of K's believe it or not!! I went on to finish #2 for a nice prize. At some point in a tourney you have to get lucky to win. That was my moment and the chip leader soon fizzled.

That was pure luck, but your move was right, you had the best hand possible at the flop so... you had to call his stupid re-raise. happens

AA v AT
you both had valid hands - so you both played it right afaiks
yep its tough when you get the best hand on the flop crushed by the river - but at least it wasnt junk
sometimes the cards are cruel - sometimes some sites seem more cruel than others - maybe they are / maybe there not
the important thing is you did the right thing - and if you keep doing the right thing over time - then ultimately you will be ahead
keeping your head consistent and not getting eaten up is a big part of this game IMHO
that hand was always going to be a big one - just think how gutted you'd have been if everyone had folded and your AA had gone to waste - (but dont start slow playing aces either that way lies the dark side)

Ouch, that had to hurt, for a $60 pot I bet you was gutted. Nothing like a good old bad beat goes a miss!

Yeah, that is the worst bad beat possible. 2 specific cards necessary for someone to win the hand. I've heard but I didn't check it out but I believe that it is something like 999:1.
I've only had a few of those ever happen to me. I feel for ya.
