Default FT Bad Beats ALL DAY !!!!

I have been getting rivered and sucked out on all friggin day on Full Tilt. This is worse than it has ever been. People hitting runner runner constantly...I am about to snap! The worst was in a $3/$6 Limit heads up game. I had pocket dueces. The flop came 6-6-2 (2 diamonds). I was the dealer and the other kid bet it right out; I raised and he re-raised. So, I was obviously psyched because now I put him on a 6 or a flush draw. So, turn came an Ace of diamonds, he bet, I raised, etc. River came another Ace! This pot was the biggest it could be since it was max raised the whole way (don't know how much b/c I left immediately I was so pissed). So, turns out he had 6-3....isn't FT cute? They are notorious to give people runner runner. i am so sick of it!

You had a strong hand, but it could be beated by any 6x and another pocket in table or hitting the kicker in turn or river... This things just happens.

That's the tough thing about playing limit poker. In a NL game, this guy would not have even been in the pot. Crazy thing is, it's a coin flip preflop and he wasn't folding top set. It's unfortunate and a tough beat, better luck next time.

yeah, and that's why we call them bad beats. he was like a 77 percent favorite on the flop. 3.5-1.

I don't agree with willie beaman. I think that the villain had a strong hand. I definitively would have entered in that pot.

In this hand, the villain had trips and he didn't know that "our hero" () already had a full house. I believe that he bet thinking that he had a solid hand and wasn't waiting or thinking he needed another hit to win.

Default Ouch

That sounds like some of my bad beats. I was playing at a 4/8 limit table. Had A/K Diamonds Suited. Flop comes. A A Q 2 Spades. Next card Next card 10 Spade, Next K Spade Card. Wouldn't you figured he called with J/9 Suited and called every raise that I did. That was my worst hand every. Ace's Full of Jacks looses to Royal Flush, and no there was no jackpot hand

Wink That's Poker

It's not the strongest hand pre-flop or at the turn card that wins, it's the strongest hand when all the cards are shown. Poker rankings show that a full house will always be beaten by a royal flush, it's just thankful that they are so rare. At the end of the day (game), your full house was beaten by the better hand, on probably any other day, you'd have walked away with all the chips. Put it down to experience and learn from it!!
