It happens that way sometimes.
Its not overly clear what the stacks were or the stage of the tournament.
Was it early and you just wanted to limp and see what happened?
This I don't like. Depending on the table and players left to act I'll open from middle with a raise here. Looks like the others were going to fold to even a limp, another plus for the raise.
Sure KT in big blind against raise in position. Hmmmm, stage of tournament and stacks important here as well as his view of you. So he calls, at least when you raise a move from another player behind you or him gives you better information generally.
Raise not limp here.
So we 're seeing a flop
Ah top two pair. Nice but will it last. the flop holding clubs. He bets at the pot, you don't really know where you are but you have a hand and raise, he puts all of his chips in, and you do too (corrrectly) with the best and he hits runner runner to knock you out.
The bet at the flop from him could mean anything. He might think you've limped with an A and missed the flop, he could have AA,KK, QQ,JJ, AK-AJ, 55, strong 2 clubs, the list goes on. You could be ahead you could very well be a big dog. My point is you don't know enough. If you raised rather than limped you would probably have better information.
Is the rasise correct? Well knowing the cards yes. What about a call here? I'm not even going there
Would have preferred the raise preflop, but you'll always find one that calls and gets lucky.
Luck doesn't pay, aggression does.
