Smile Example BB.

Being that your opponent had pocket AA, Clearly the best hand preflop. He would be the one receiving the bad beat not you. The kicker (JACK) was irrelevant.

Most of my bad beats are results of bad play. Whether it is real money or a freerol. How many times have you raised preflop with decent or pockets to get reraised by someone just rying to by it. You cll knowing you have the best hand and get beat on turn or river. Most of the times I have noticed the beat is bad play. I just marked the player and move onto the next hand.

Doont let it get to you play strong and you will conquer
