Well I guess I found a bit of my A game back but most of the credits go to my patience that got me to finish 14th!!!

Lowstacked just before the bubble I found the Aces again and 2 very sweet people who called my preflop all-in

btw this was in PKR's 10K last night.

I had just gotten 4 aces on the hand before on this guy. the next hand i have k 10 of hearts and i hit my king on the flop, i bet the best hand and he plays with me. im thinking this guy is on tilt, he is throwing his money away. next card comes, a low heart. i bet knowing im ahead, he bets with me. the river... another low heart. my pair of kings now is a king high flush. he bets out, i raise... the guy has a ace high flush. he sucks out runner runner hearts and takes the pot.

I saw two sets of pocket aces get taken down by pocket eights just today did I mention it was 1 hand lol

It feels good to crack aces, but man does it hit home when you go broke with them. Twicew in one night, I go all-in with pockets aces and hit a set on the flop only to lose to broadway on the river both times. Needless to say, I took time off after those blows.
