Tough beat, but that's poker. That is actually a strong hand for omaha that she called you down with. In omaha, it gets to a point where it is no longer about your hand, but your opponents. I think you got too caught up in your set when a straight could of had you on the flop. Also, the fact that your bet was called on the flop shoulda let you know that you were against a straight or flush draw. The turn brought a 3rd spade, which is where you should of slowed down, and mucked the river if the boat didn't hit. The fact that she hit the stone cold nuts on the turn didn't help either. In the future postflop, put your opponents versus your own holdings on the flop. Unlike hold em, the best starting hand or made hand, can be mucked based on the board bacause with 4 cards, anyone can outdraw you.
