my bad beat the other day.....
i had A 2 both clubs, the blinds and bets were 400 at the time, the table brought out on the flop 6 9 2 and then he bet 400, i called and the turn was an 8, he bet 400 and i called, i rivered a 2 giving me three of kind, he bet 2100something, i raised all in with my 5200 something, but he had 88 in the hole getting a fullhouse 88822

OK I hope you don't take this to offense, but that sounds like a donkey call you made. You called his bets with bottom pair post flop and post turn, still no A. I personally think that you should've folded after the first bet. That is just my opinion though.

Unless you had a flush draw on the flop, gotta agree it's an easy fold there. You kept chasing with a bad hand and paid the price for it. If you continue to make poor plays like that, your game will not improve. Nothing wrong with mixing it up, but your opponent continued to show strenght, an indication that they had a real hand.
When at the tables, play for the love of the game and show respect for your opponents.

yep
i was chasing cause one reason i was kind of tired at the time not really caring, i did raise all in at the river because i had 222 thinking he was just trying to scre me off the pot or something but he did have it with his full house, it was just a bad call and bad play on my part

i dont really call that a bad beat seeing that he had you beat pretty much the whole time. In fact you never had the lead in that hand lol he had 88 u had A2 hes winning. you flop pair of of 2's hes still got u beat with 88. he then turns a 3 of a kind and still has u beat and then the river gives u 3 and he gets fullhouse. it would of been bad beat if he lost lol but nice story.

Hahaha, sorry but you made wrong moves there.
You should have folded at the beginning with the lowest pair
You will get better by practicing

awwww thanks for the compliment, i always try to think about whats going on at the table, sometimes though i end up making a mistake that can cost me the game but i try not to make those mistakes, this particular hand that day i was a little tired and the other player i had noticed liked to bluff alot so when my 3 of kind came up and he bet half my stack i raised him all in thinking he was just bluffing that too but he had the eights in the hold and one on table getting a full house but thats ok, just a fluke of the moment on my part, oh well i try not to play like that but again i wasnt feeling like playing that time, i just did because i had already signed in and i dont like being a sitter
and jeffsbabe can play too, i've played with her a couple of games i know

sometimes you just make the wrong read. its impossible to be perfect online. you don't see anything.
that said, it's not a bad beat. its a cooler. you probably don't call if you don't hit the third two. people aren't good enough for the most part to fire a third-barrell bluff.
better luck next time.
