Just playing in a tournment on full tilt and about 150 left and got DONKEEDDD out

I picked up pocket J's and was on the button, there was a raise before me, and i re-raised 3x that raise. The big blind went all-in and the original raiser folded, i called.

Cards flipped....i show pocket jacks, he shows 10 3 of spades..what an idiot!!!

flop comes - K 3 6

Turn came - 3

River came 5

Just finished a sit and go- all in with AK. Opponent calls with Q5.

Flop A, 10, 7

turn- K

River - yeah you guessed it- JACK.

Some players aren't very good but he made $$ and I went away- go figure

Those are some bad beats to take. Guys, fill in some more details about the table play and the blind levels. This may give an explanation to why your opponents made the plays they did. Also, what were your stack sizes in relation to the table and tournament average?

That does sound like a rugged beat, but then again I seem to get those pretty consistently playing Jacks, I guess it is the nature of the beast.

That sucks but i guess nearly everyone on these poker sites has a tale about the bad beats theyve had ive lost count of mine been that many

I have AK, I bet 5 times the blind get called. Flop A K 10 I bet 5 times BB again get called. On the turn I am allin and get called. He shows 5 5 and hits his set on the river. What a dumb call. I am not slow bluffing like that with A K 10 and a rag on the table, unless I hit something. He called with a 2 outer and got lucky...I hate when the donks get lucky. Cake Poker is the WORST for rewarding bad calls!!

had A Q of hearts, and raised 2x the BB. Everyone else folded except one guy who had been raising all in every hand, I called him. He shows 4 6 offsuit. Flop comes A Q 6, turn is a harmless 2, river is a 6, giving him a set. Whats with these people going all in with absolutely nothing?

Was this a buyin or freeroll? This has happen to me alot in small buyins and freerolls. Im so used to it that If I have pp and there is a higher card I fold. Like if I have QQ and there is a K or A on flop, I fold.
