Thread: The word DONK?!

I look at it like this, there is no such thing as a donk player, just donk plays. I think that when a loose aggressive is at your table doing their thing, it annoys everyone. People tend to forget that pocket aces or other preflop favorites are not going to win 100% of the time. And agreeing with Gypsy, I want the loose player at my table, but don't want a deep stack loose player that doesn't care about the plays they make.
When at the tables, play for the love of the game and show respect for your opponents.

Donks revisitied
I'd like to add my personal piece of theory to the whole equation, if you are a great player you will end up with money in the end, if you aren't then you won't. "Donks" as they are so called may take a pot off of you now and again, but if you are so much better than them there is no need to say it. Take solace that they will be out of the tourney soon or depositing more money to keep the card sites moving. The End

I agree, the card table is no place for people to talk down to one another. In reality the long game is about becoming a better player which means you are really playing against yourself. Just keep your comments (if negative) to yourself please!
