Yep we have, but i wanna know what has everyone had as a bad beat....
Mine was...
Competing state wide for Australian tourney, Queensland, in Brisbane for our local league...
I had pocket 10s i rasied 10 times blind,,,, everyone folded but one, so im thinking kings or aces.,
Flop hit
10 10 Q
Im thinking awesome,,,, QUADS on flop,,,, holding my composure i check,,, test the water to see whats going on,,,
My opponent calls ALL IN....
Stalling for a while to make them wonder,,,, as i thought about what they had,,,, Aces meh,, i got quads they have pr ace high, Qs yeah they boated,,, but QUADs still kicks a boat.... So i call..
We turn our cards.,,,, whole table was quiet as we turned
I showed my 10 10,,, he showed is QQ
i read him right, full house,.,,,
we had a huge crowd around the table because at this stage we were nearly at final table,,,,,
Turn hit A,,,,, still safe with my QUADS
The river hit,, holding my breath and waited in anticipation,,,, Q
yep a Q
i was soooooooooo angry but OMG ,,,, who would have guessed
Quads vs Quads,,,,
I finished the tourney 14th out of 890+ people,.,, not too shabby for a chick that has only been playing for just over a year..
I was so mad, but who would have guessed,,
Preflop both pretty much the same,, turn i had the best by far hand,,,,
AND that river, that river,,, killed me.

That is my bad beat story whats yours???

this isn't my worse beat by far but it is one i remember from yesterday...

there was one wild man at our table, always pushing with nothing and such....we all know the kind haha so i get delt TT in the SB and the crazy one is in the BB, I raise @5x the BB hoping for his standard push, he does and i call. he turns over 89 off suit, i do the happy dance...until the runner runner diamonds for his 8 high flush =\

teh worst beat has to be pocket rockets. the best thing to do in my opinion is too just go alll in at the start and not give other people the chance to hit whatever they are going for.

my worst beat was when i was in the final table of some game....and i got 10 10....i raise and there is one caller...he had 7 4 off....flop comes...10 5 6....i had him ....the turn comes an its a J.....i still had him...but the river...the deadly river..a frikkin 8...he hit a straight and knocked me out cuz i went all in after the turn.

Ok i have had yet another quad vs quad, Holding KK in late position, and i raise 10BB preflop, only two callers, SB and mid
on the flop comes KKA(rainbow) SB checks mid bets pot, so i raise to twice pot, SB folds and mid raises all in, so naturally i call
Showdown is my KK vs their AT,,, i was like COME ON REALLY

COME ON i felt like jumping the table, like really ,,, come on,,, how sick was that call two pair and raises all in with TWO PR, then HITTING runner runner ACES to blow my flopped Quad Kinds outta the water
I nearly spewed then and there on the poker table

My worst bad beat turned out to be my best win for a single hand. --- I was playing a 5cent/10cent Draw poker and I had 9999 beaten by KKKK ........ but they had a Bad Beat jackpot (which is why we were all playing there) and I won $401 from the Bad Beat Jackpot! I can't complain, it was really nice!

Mine was in a carbon game and down to the last 25 out of 150 ish numbers and placing may be a little off but it was a few before ITM and thats all that counts. I catch pocket queens and raise pot preflop after one limper. get one caller and the limper called flop was q96 rainbow. sweet got it the caller which was the small blind min. bets caller calls i reraise 3/4 the pot which was about 1/3 of the sb and my chips and about put the caller all-in. the sb reraised caller folds I go all-in. expecting no less than ace queen I was shocked to see 86 off. Was blown away that anyone could play so bad.turn was a 6, gave him a one outer, was pissed but wasn't to worried about the case 6 until it hit on the river. couldn't beleive my eyes, was the most insane reward for moronic donking play that I ever saw.

Do you play the bad beat table? I think thats the only way to win right? Or do you win some amount times the big blinds? Hmmm I'ma check on that and get back. I confused myself.
