You should hate the seasoned players. They are the ones that will take you chips and not give them back, the begginers will soon give them back, if you got skills. X

I would rather play against a seasoned player, They wont be playing rags when you have the best hand (nuts) pre-flop They know when to fold unlike inexperienced players that will bet in to see the flop with say a 72os hit the flop for pair of twos then bet a monster raise and you call and they hit trips on the river. Go watch a $500.00 buy-in cash game and you will see what i mean.

Being a good poker player means that you are content and able to play against a variety of players; from beginners to seasoned players .

When sitting at any given poker table, one must be able to adjust their own play according to the other players at the table.

Having a preference of what types of players you want to play against will not help you.

What will help you is learning to adjust your play accordingly.

New players are unpredictable at first, but be patient... they always have patterns. They'll always raise certain amounts with certain hands, or bet certain amounts on certain streets. What's you nail down their patterns, they become your friendly, online ATM machines

I played with both beginners as well as with experienced.
I did not find difficulty with any of them.
