Tilt
Hi Guys.
Im new in the poker world, 1 year playing poker, 4 months playing real money. I have never deposited, i won $2.60 in one freeroll in PKR, i start playing in cash game 0.02/0.04. In one week i up to 10$, then i start with sit and go tournaments and i won 30$ more in 2 or 3 weeks, then TILT destroyed me and i lose everything. One week ago i won 1$ and play a sit go, i won and up to 14$ then TILT destroyed me again and i lose everything. How can i stop TILT?

You go on tilt because you let your emotions get to you. I find myself on the edge of going on tilt because of a poor play from some idiot and that's the biggest mistake. The only thing you should concentrate is your play. The main difference between a good poker player and your average freeroll/micro player is that they are able to lose with Aces against 23o and don't be affected by it. Controlling your emotions is one of the key things to playing good poker. That's my opinion.
My advice is -take a break. If you lose a SNG because of a bad beat and you feel you're mad, quit. If you are at a cash table and someone makes a stupid play and "rivers" you, Don't rebuy, just quit. Take a break (few hours, maybe a day), have a beer, and come back without having that bad thought in your mind.
But you said you haven't deposited. So this is another reason to play for fun and learn with other peoples money; that way you will be able to take the right decisions when you'll play with your own money. Hope this made sense.0 = XP + (1 - X)(-LV + WH)

You probably should read a few articles on bankroll management as well.
One way I avoid losing all my stack is to set limits ahead of time as to when I'll leave a table and how much I'm willing to lose. The worse thing to do is keep reloading trying to get it back.
And NEVER bring your whole roll to a table-that's terrible BRM.

That's regular in pokerooms i know. It is easy to win first 50$, but it is easier to lose it.

You won't find solutions for all traps in poker hands. Even Ivey loses big pots sometimes.

Some days you get to be the pigeon, some days you get to be the statue. I keep an even keel by remembering when I sucked out on people. You should be able to find instances where you got the best of it, or where something unlikely happened to your benefit. Remember those moments when you get sucked out on, and you should be able to snap back into focus faster.

I have made three $50 deposits , I have got the $50 upto between $130 and $270 , I know its not alot but i thought i was doing ok and each time I have lost all of it through what i believe to be tilting or a severe case of frustration which i think is tilting .......I take it trying to force a hand to appear by continually throwing your $$ into the ring when you are continually drawing dead and you can't win a hand to save your life and your opponents continually hit there cards is considered tilting ......
yes its something i definitely need to work on
