Only satelites and sngs are rigged at Poker Stars. The cheat site Poker Stars controls profit and builds their player base through the small ppl w small bankrolls and that have little voice that cant be heard to bust them. Site is making billions.

Online poker is not rigged. What makes you believe that a site has anything to gain by helping players win who are not affiliated with a site. Even so, why would they risk losing out on so mich money by singling out a few playes. It's bad business for the sites and will lead to them losing out on many prospective online players.

Poker Stars by far gets the most complaints here and on other forums about being rigged because of the many Bad Beats. It makes sense to me that its probably true that there are more Bad Beats. And the reason there are more Bad Beats is because the site has the worst players and beginners probably of any other site. So they play bad starting hands and chase and its only logical statictically that there gonna Sukkout from time to time.

Poker stars is the best site available for online players and I don't think that it is rigged.
To adding what others said, Poker rooms makes a lot of money on every hand played because they take money out of each pot. So they need not to rig player because they know a hint related to such action will cost them heavy dollars. Why would they care who wins or loss because they are still making money.

I AM NT SAYING POKERSTARS IS RIGGED but find the reply of....y would they as they make billions irrelivant lets assume there was a john pokerstars who owned pokerstars then correct he would be one doombass guy to get involved in any form of fixing.........But if you worked for pokerstars and could gain access to any information that could give you a advantage you would.

I personally can only say as i have before i have rolled over 40 - 45 thousand on 3 dollar n 6 dollar st sng's thats alot of games i had very small bankroll and still have it ... hence whatever i have managed to win from my fellow players has only covered my rake yet on other sites i have never lost and always profited consistently from a month after i first played the game around 5 years ago. I play a fairly tight game and have adjusted and loosened up a little BUT whenever i play in a form that i would say is SLIGHTLY LOOSE i lose a strong MAJORITY of my games very quickly so how these donks do not have a return ROI minus 50 percent i will never know

2 Scenarios i see often on pokerstars if a str8 flush is flopped or you hit it on the turn you practically never hit,

when a set is hit..ie a player has 9d9h and 9s flops if the other guy has 2 spades in his hand he appears to be a 90 percent favourite with his flush rather than the 30 percent or whatever his should be

Altho as said would be very nice for someone to back there fix theory up with unmanipulated stats that back them up a little my main point was as per the top the guys at the top of the tree would be idiots to fix it but the guys below IF POSSIBLE have more to gain with a much smaller loss of caught

I play at pokerstars and don't beleive it's fixed. If you look at the number of hands dealt per hour at the site and compare that to the possible hands it should be clear you are going to see the unusual hands winning when you add in poor players.

They deal between 750,000 and 1.250,000 hands per hour. If every hand was unique, every possible hand would occur every 2 to 3 hours.

I win there when I play tight and careful early in tournements, then play a more convention game towards the bubble.

I've had a look a the stats of some of the big winners on PS and a lot of there results come from playing a lot of poker. One guy (can't remember his screen name now ) plays mostly $20 SNGs. He only cashes 1 in 10 but usually at the final table so makes a profit. But he's playing 20+ a day. Have a look at a stats site for some of the 4 or 5 star players on PS and see what I mean.

I am by no means saying anything one way or another about poker stars as i have never played there, but to all those saying that it doesnt make sense for a poker site to steal or cheat...please lets not forget the absolute poker fiasco and the fact that they got caught and it didn't even affect their room at all, people will still play at a site for some reason
