bad beats

so i was playing at full tilt and had 33 on the bb. i checked through and 8 3 8 fell on the flop. sweet right? wrong. i move all in and someone calls me w/ 8 deuce. catches a deuce on the turn and the rest just sucked.

That's happened to me before.I had a full house with something like 8's & A's and the other guy got just the opposite to beat me.Sucks when that happens.

lmao... bad beat is so normal. if you are a poker player,bad beat is around you everywhere ,everytime, you should suit it , and not on tilt, if you can do this , you will earn more money ,just be Calm and Calm! if you are beated by opponent ,recall the time you had beat others on river

You remember the bad beats put on you but do you remember those you put on others . I do. It helps keep perspective.

Yesterday I've got 4 times more chips than anyone else on my table so being the bully. SS stack goes all in followed by another. Cost me 25% of my stack to call with 88.

1st shows AA second QQ. Flop 2,Q,8 Turn 8 river doesn't matter as it wasn't a Q. You can imagin the chat after that.

Would I have called if not the chip leader at table, maybe if only against one but not 2.

How a bad beat usually happen?
If i look at the hand you told us about, i still don't understand why someone would pay to play 82 even suited. But that's not the important fact there.
The most important is that when the flop comes, you were both thinking to be way ahead your opponent(s). You had a full house and he had trips so that you can't complain about your opponent choice to call your AI. Then he caught one of is 7 outs (1 for 8, 3 for 2 and then 3 for the turn card to double on the river)
To me it's just unlucky, but you can even lose with best hand till your oponent have 1 out.
So if i had to give you an advice is concentrate on your own play and try to forgot the quicker you can all UL plays that reach you.
Plus if you were AI on turn instead of being AI on flop, would you still call that a bad beat?

When i get a Big Hand like that at Full Tilt it makes me nervous. lol It seems I lose with the biggest hands. I always feel like its a setup when i get a Monster hand there. lol
