Can't add more chips

Hi everyone, im new to the forums but old to poker game.

Can anyone help me with this stupid problem which stops me play pokerstars.
After i come to the table, i can take a seat because my lobby is not adding me any chips.
I press on a dealer to have a window with stats and on top of the list here is little window saying"Add more chips" but its all blank and i cant add any chip to buy in and take a seat.

Anyone can help me with this ? Thanks a lot

BTW: cashier shows that i have 3290 chips

are you sure you are at a play money table and not a real money table?

I made a mistakes monthes earlier while downloading pokerstars and couldn't find real games as i downlaoded the pokerstar.net soft which wasn't the one i was looking for as it's only "play money". Real Pokerstars is at Pokerstars.com.
