    There is an abusive chat email address in the contact us page.

    It is likely you will be wasting your time unless it is really offensive because it happens all the time.

    I, myself, think it is part of the game and it does not bother me at all.

    I actually find it funny if I make someone really mad by outplaying (or bad-beating) them

    Take note of the tournament number & table number, email FT and ask them to review the chat logs. They will usually ban the chat of anyone they consider to be 'over the top'.
