    Default being new ain't easy

so many freerolls so little time. the best freerolls i find u need to belong to a " " forum. and there are a lot of em. if you do not type so fast or have much too say, some will exclude you also if you post too much you can be banned, which i think is almost as bad as being black listed. What do you think. Ty $kingpoker.

From what I have seen, most forums are fair in their requirements for entry to their freerolls.

Yes, you have to be an active member to gain entry and if you spam the forums with worthless information, you may get banned.

I don't see the problem with that.

personally, i dislike freerolls. but if your going to play in one--- the forums are the best. you can't always judge a forum by its freerolls. maybe you initially join to play the freerolls but when those run out....what keeps you there? you gotta like the place, people and the way things are managed. to know that information---you have to look around and participate. respond to what personally moves you. it's not just about typing something.

For teh most part, poker forums are useful not just for the freerolls, but the information that is available to you. Sure freerolls can be a lot of fun, but you will not always cash in or win them. The relationships built and knowledge learned is what makes forums, so be active.

I like "willie's" comment: The relationships built and knowledge learned is what makes forums, so be active.

I personally stay away from freerolls as they are no "fun" for me. Too many donkeys going all in every other hand. If I do play a freeroll it has to have a big payout, no $25 jobs. You play for 2 or 3 hours and if you win it is $15 or so. My time is better spent at buyin games.
You can lead a horse to water, but a Donkey will chase you to the river.

I love the forum games because of the friendships that are formed thru the forum and its games, hell even some decent rivalries can be formed and the knowledge is an awesome addition especially from 4Kings,

OK I will admit it I am a FREEROLL person lol.

I agree there are tons of forums out there. All have the same thing in common .
Alot of ppl don't care for the posting but for all forums it's required.
The forums have alot of infirmation plus they play on alot of sites most ppl don't even now about.

I have to agree GO4IT, Willie made a great comment there.
I would only change a word in it and say shared instead of learned.
I belong to many forums but i feel at home in few of them truly, with friends looking in the same direction and good times sharing in a friendly atmosphear.
