    Default Im not a beginner

I've been playing live poker since September,2004. I learn how to play poker at a friend's house. At first I had to learn how to play my hand. I wouldn't raise pre-flop. I would llimp in with power hands. I learn the hard way to raise with big hands.

Live poker is a much different beast from online. Actually being able to see your opponents can make it a little easier to pick up tells. Also, you are more aware oof ehat's going on in the entire tournament as gain info about your opponents.
When at the tables, play for the love of the game and show respect for your opponents.

I personally would much rather play online or with a small group of friends in a live game, i 'm not into the whole casino or card room live games

I guess, only 2% of the player traffic can be considered as pros, and maybe less. That doesn't means that the 98% left are donks.
And being a pro poker player is not a choice but just the result of your journey into the poker world, IMO. It's a full time job, with all troubles that belongs to such job.
I'm not to become a pro, considering i have no sufficient skills to do it and i cannot manage my life to invest more time for learning/reading about poker than i already do.
Considering yourself a decent poker player with some experience of the felt, doesn't mean you'll be able to make a living with poker, so be careful and wise about your own possibilities.
