I believe that winning in poker is not always good luck. It can be attributed by your combined skills and knowledge of the game. So if you play poker next time, all that matters is that you need to focus, so that you can out smart others. And when lady luck may be in your side, is just an added bonus.

Never trust your luck - especially when pushing or calling all-in, since from then on it is nothing but luck (unless your opponent is drawing dead). Imagine how much the game would change with respect to poker skills if all-in was not allowed (unless a normal bet or call would put you all-in). Is fixed limit a better test of the skill aspect?

Limit is a WAY different game from no-limit. I've seen lots of people (myself included) who are stellar at one, but have a hard time with the other. I've had to force myself to develop my NLH cash game because that's what's available; as an analytically minded guy who's worked in finance and understands making money on the margins, limit came pretty easily to me.
