i just love it - no limit that is, i cant get excited about limit games i know when ive just not got the patience to sit and watch as i find limit really boring and just get in every hand always raising and fueling a pot that im not going to take down

no-limit is the nuts and i learn more everyday, im never going to be a big winner but i don't play high stakes or spend more than beer money so its great

one day i might play at a proper casino tournament but just for the experience

i like watching omaha on tv when its on just because i really cant figure out how to bet it

whoever gets badugi on tv first is going to make a mint, that really is a crazy game

Very true. its a learning process like most things as I myself am still learning.
If its intended to play for a while seek help in forums like this and other methods !

when you reach the final table of a 4/5 hour multi-table tourney, you're wired and the prize is on the line ..........and you just feel it........the situation, the moment, the competition...........................you'll never have to ask yourself this question again !

and that, before the money, is why i play poker ............of course to experience one is too achieve the other and that's why it's a beautiful game !

to be honest,
i always wanted to make "easy" money without doing some hard work and going out
at first i tried to bet(sportbets...)
it worked for a short period of time, but i made at all 300euro(2months) with is alot for somebody who got 60euro pocket money at this time.
however, it is too risky though.


when i saw poker the first time on tv i became really interested. it didnt take a long time until some friends started to play homegames with peanut-chips
later i played partypoker(advertisement) and after some time i decided to start play with real money, because i m addicted to the thought of earning my money with somehow an extraordinary job.
i think i dont have to tell u guys something about the game itself...the excitements and the change of moods...

it is more difficult than i ve expected, but i m doing fine until now and i will do it my way

hummmmmm becuase my guy loves the game and since he Talks, lives and breaths Poker, I thought it might be a good idea to understand what the hell he was talking about .


It was play poker, and make some money (sometimes), or be a yahoo chat ho lol, and fight with him about it all the time.

Easy choice for me
