That would actually be 4-5%

Default Good question and good replies

Personally I think the % varies a lot. When you play a full rigged tournament your % should maybe be even lower than 15%, but when you play 6-tables it can even go as high as 50%. Heads up is maybe closer to 75%

Personally I play one thing on one site, and the first year I had a flop seen % of 49, next year I had 45, and so far this year I am around 41%. I only keep a "simple" statistic, but I reset around once a month, and its funny all the statistics are pretty much the same from month to month. The only thing in three years that have changed is the "bidding" %

If you see it in a short term, look at the players, are they very tight, then play many hands. Are the table loose and crazy, then tighten it up. The key is variation, and my personal key: reraise button!

Lightbulb See a flop ?

Ill come to Stu ungar the kid on this situation :

Stu was the best, cause he virtually played any hand, and put it in when he had the best of it and folded when he was beat, most of us see this as a donk way of playing , cause your in every hand , that's why we have tight players now and also as aggressive players, like phil ivey or gus hansen, gus plays like q 10 , and nobody calls him a donky cause hes a pro, so look at it in this prespective :
for ungar's style was aggresion with cunning, so i suggest seeing many flops with any suited connector and higher starting from 45 + why?

This reallly looks fishy, and donkish blog, lol even i think its crazy what i have written down, to be honest , just fold everything , exept from kj suited or higher, exept if its been raised start with A10 or higher, else dont even try or a pocket pair like 8+ .

Statisticly play 1 out of 10 to 2 out of 10 hands
or when your on a rush ( getting good kk aa , ak ) raise and enter pots, enter pots raised smoothy with the big hands , so 3 out of 10 hands = ?

30 %? Overall .

I really dont know . cause you could be card dead like for 2 rounds missing 20 hands .

I would say that if you get to play 1 hand in 6 you are doing well, from my experience I would think that I play between a 1 in 6 to 1 in 8 percentage.

I do say though that I will throw in a mixer. If I haven't played a hand in 10 hands, yes that can happen, I throw in a mixer. A mixer is what I call see the next 3 flops at the BB level just to see what I hit. This keeps me awake and if I just happen to flop lucky proves profitable.

The other thing this does is give the other players a mis-read of my play. They suddenly see me calling a few hands after folding a long run of hands and think I have a much stronger hand than I have. This allows me to pull off the odd bluff from time to time.

I'm not sure if this is good play but it has worked for me in the past and it stops me from getting bored, after all we play this game for the 'Rush' too.

Default sharing the wealth

Hey wildman here, and being new to this forum and online poker I just wanted to let you all know that this is the kind of post I hunt for regularly to find info on how to play a tighter smarter and more profitable game and I just thought I should take the time to thank you for sharing the wealth. So many other forums online dont care for much more than the bragging rights, so thank you I think now I have a clear picture of where to come for advise.

Passive player have to see few flop (30% with strong hand) if not it's dangerous for them. Aggressive player can see more flop (up to 50 % or more...) and take control of the table.
