Raise to push weak hands out, play the flop. If the cards are low more than likely if you raised enough you can bet strong to try to take the pot. If you have a caller you might be looking at someone with just over cards. AK if you see a raise more than likely you are looking at a higher over pair or a set that hit. Hard hand to play but def a playable hand. Above everything you else you also have to take into account your stack ifyou are short stacked - middle stacked all in with 99's might not be a bad Idea.
