Default bear with yobig as he isnt native English speaker

hi all

please bear with yobig as he isnt a native English speaker and has actually made more effort to post - albeit not perfect but he has made a damn sight more effort than some who dont have the excuse of English not being their first language

so please dont report the thread - the guy is cool

cheers scrawnybob

ps. we do try to make allowances for language barrier - but that isnt an invitation for others who do speak good English to just put up retarded posts pretending to not be English & yes I can see that coming ;-)

Freerolls are worth the time...you can develop your game...try new strategies and start up a bankroll! In the bigger freerolls you can develop patience and then again can turn into a donk...I think patience is better

I must say that freerolls are also a great way to learn and improve as well. I actually played my 1st poker game in a freeroll, and learnt alot from playing them and reading forums. Key action, is patience and then comes timing. Freerolls will be the games that you will find yourself folding good hands for the simple fact that you know they are beat. Some people are so determined that they call with whatever they think is a good hand instead of determining all the possible hands your opponent might be holding.

I love freerolls, you dont necessarily have to pay anything to play, it can get pretty competitive at times, and you have a shot at winning some money if you can stick it out through the couple of thousand that entered. However Ive never won, and I dont know how long it takes to be paid or the possibilities of not getting paid at all.

Default freerolls are funandmentle

I think you are all right sometimes I think there a waste of time and others I think you could'nt ask for a better learning experiance. If even fergison had problems agianst 2700 than my 56 place is that much better. freerolls are a challenge I enjoy when i have 6 hours to do nothing else.

see ya at the tables ....wildman

Default freerolld

I started poker about 3 months ago. play money tables at pokerstar. then 2 months ago I found the freerolls there. I was a donkey !! So after getting smacked a lot I got . which made me think a lot more about my game. I mean, I was regularly winning/placing in 9,18,27,45 play money sit and go's.
So I hit the books, and took the challenge of trying to beat 12,000 people freerolls. I am now knocking at bubble on a regular basis, being one of the last 200 to go . Which is an improvement. but I am committed to finally making it to this stage -->. Then.... real money tables watch out
