ace king is overated in my opinion. SOmetimes you will hit and win a big pot, but other times you will be sucked into the pot where there is a big preflop raise. It is very hard to fold the hand which makes it overated. I dont like it, but i still use it to win some of the time

Well, AK can be a blessing and a curse. It's a good starting hand but the real test is what you get with the flop. I have seen people go all in preflop with AK, but luck has to be on your side and usually I'm not that lucky
