that's kinda backwards isn't it .... to say it is the best to learn because of "noobs and donks".....in my opinion that would make it the worst site to learn on....it mabye a good site to play for easy money once you know how to play....but me personally i wanna learn on a site that has the best players on it.... but that is just my opinion

I really think the best strategy is just reading a book or two about it, looking up the rules, then playing it in real life with real people, once you get decent then switch to online play.

If learning about poker, I'd recommend starting out in play money games at full tilt or carbon poker. Once you feel comfortable and want to start playing in ring games, play in the lower limits and sit-n-gos offered.

go to a bookstore and get the books for free to read. Also the best way to learn is to play , play play chips, freerolls or whatever you can.. Even play by yourself and deal out hands.

I totally agree with this. I started out playing at ESPN, play money, and was able to try out different styles without risking anything but my pride. There are deffinitely people who play wild because it is play money but learning to aviod them is the same as learning how to aviod an over aggressive donk at the table.

After you get a feel for a style that you want to play with you can then venture to another site like Full Tilt that have some low limit games and free rolls that you can try and build a bank roll with.

I tought the best way is just to play! Read books is like studing at school and I want to have fun. Well the result is fun but I am the so called "fish" or "donkey". I am surprised about the material of the sites like 4kingpoker.com or poker.com. I see I have to study a bit in order to learn how to play poker and win!!!
