Sit and Go's are a good way to practice final table play in order to prepare for bigger tournaments. Guarentees are good if you are ready to play in a big tournament with a large prize pool.

Sit & Go's are also good for building up your winnings from freerolls to enter higher stakes tourneys, where the big money is.
