Poker CD's

Has anyone tried learning and getting tips from poker cd's?
eg. World Class Poker - T.J. Cloutier

When first starting, I purchased this cd and found it very informative.
Even though you are playing against the computer, you can play in many different situations, and I have found his tips and tests very beneficial.

Not CD but a download. Poker Academy has a trial version where you can either play other players online or you can play the computer. The AI is pretty good, and between that and Prospector you can get a lot of good advice and analysis of your game.
