Of course the position, stack and players are as important.

I play all small pocket pairs. Of course if someone tight raise up too much with position against me and I'm pocket 2s, I fold... but small pockets pairs are very destructive when becomes a set.

I play a lot of Ax suit or Kx suit, connectors up 6.

But Don't Love Too Much Your Hand lol !!! I say that for KJo or QJo. With these hands I don't call big re-raise before the flop

well it depends on how tough the game is what kind of player you are etc. If you are just beigning it is best to play just premium hands because there will be less decisions to make. Although you might not make as much money because the sharks will label you as tight and they might fold to your bets that is above your head. Just try to learn as much about the game as you can. Patience is probably the thing you have to use most as to playing a good game and dont gamble more money than you have just to be macho that wont work. It will take time but your game should develop.

Agree that AK is probably a great hand and perhaps the best, however, if your not lucky it doesn't really matter. You can call with an off suit two an seven and win if your lucky. Of course, you've got to remember the odds, so, take all this with a grain of salt!

the best hands that come to mind, are usually suit cards, or connectors, 10, J 10, 9 or any two hi cards into play, if you have a 5,6 or 7, 8, i would only call to limp in for low to see the cards on flop.

The most importanyt is position. For example in HU was 2 showdowns for 60 hand!!!

at the end of the day the cards you get are all down to luck its how you play the cards that matters. the game was made for bluffers.

i love to play 6 5 and 8 9 suited or of suited
