Well for me I like to play in tournements and to gain the most expierence as possible from it for the future to make me better. So for me I would never sit out just because I have a big stack. Big stacks don't mean anything at the beginning of a game anyway especially with larger fields

I agree with most of these, if you have a good reason to sit out. i.e. Bathroom, drink, dog driving you nuts.... but I cant stand when people try to "back" into the money by sitting out the entire tournament or most of it anyway. THat said it has been very profitable for me when I get switched to a table with most if not all people sitting out. Very easy to steal blinds and such.

What is the difference between folding every hand and sitting out?
If you call sitting out cheating is folding every hand cheating?

Default All-in with multiple calls....

I have been in this situation multiple times where someone in a short stacked position goes all-in and two or three people call. Then some moron bets. Naturally you either assume he/she hit a set or or flush or something he/she knows will win the hand. Sadly enough it often ends up being top pair in some of these free-rolls or re-buy tourneys. My question is when do you call the person betting an all-in? When you have either a set or flush? Or if you have a top pair?

If someone wants to sit out I do not see a problem to each his own. I have a freind that always tells me to sit out when I have a large lead early. I never have because I like to play. This is my hobby and it is no fun if you are not playing. That being said I am sometimes sitting out because life gets in the way. My son takes priority over everything so I might have joined tourney thinking I have 2 hours before he wakes up from nap and that is the day he wakes up early. Or I have to run an errand and go on auto fold before break to get it done. Sometimes it is not a stratigy but life.

But if a sat next a chip leader or anyone that is sitting out. Thier blinds are now my blinds and that is good news for me.

Default not agree?

when you are a chip leader, you have to play aggresive to put pressure in the low stacks, and always try to scare the, and take advantage of your lead, because you gain respect, and people start to fear you, and you will keep winning chips, that my advice, good luck guys
