Poker sites are abundant now on the internet. I found my first site while viewing the WSOP in 2004. I didn't know live poker existed online until then. I began playing poker in the 50's as a young lad whose cousins would relieve me of my $.25 weekly allowance. I found the game exciting and the lessons of learning have been costly through the years. I played three are four different sites until I found FullTiltPoker.com. I have played daily now, enjoying the friendship of an International community, many of which have become good pals at the tables. Play cash games also, but took a long time of losing before I began to win. I always felt I was being fleeced in the beginning and then learned how not to bet on the come and chase the river. I found some great places by just searching around different forums and have met some wonderful people, and have a great time playing poker too

I agree that I have also met some cool people on the tables and in the forums. I have not played at full tilt yet, but hope to soon. I also started out chasing the low percentage hands, but have been fairly profitable over the long run. I took a year and a half off when Neteller went away and Titan and others banned US players. I am back in the game now and it is still a profitable hobby.
