I came out betting because I wanted it to look like I missed so he would come back over the top. He calls and turn brings another 3. Now unless he has 33 I have the nuts. I bet again and he calls. Now I'm thinking he probably has a small pair or maybe even a 3 since he plays so many hands. River is another three and I bet small again. This time he comes back and reraises me all in which is just what I was hoping he'd do. Then he flips over 83s for quads. Unbelievable

Sorry to hear that happened, he just played it through to the end and may have figured that you thought the 3s would not win. You played it good and it could happen like that to any player. How often does four of a kind come around , not very much! Take it as a lesson learned and good luck next time !
