New bodog rake=bull$h!t
yeah so bodog got rid of their disconnect protection in ring games and the new rake is complete chit. i play omaha hi lo, so now when 2 players are in a big pot and split we actualy LOSE money instead of winning a small amount. horrible. i like the 5 10 games there they are very fishy, basically in situations where i split my $10 buy in stack with another player we both lose about 50 cents. before the new rake, we would both win something like 30-50 cents (from other players calling preflop and/or blinds)
i hope bodog realizes that they are going to lose a lot of Omaha hi lo players. many of the grinders there have been complaining

Rake
That is how they make their money..
With the economy getting worse they need to up their antes a bit..
Losing a few PLO H/L players is no match towards the rake earned from highstaked players

i was just coming in here to post about the rake ... it semes ridiculously high.
i just played a $60 pot ... NLHE. rake was $3.
how does that compare to other sites? i've never really taken notice before.
but i have noticed at bodog that they are taking some seemingly extra money out of my pocket.
